Nowhere Somewhere is a collection of essays on popular music and culture.

I’m a casual writer, based in France, with a deep appreciation for early-nineties record charts, French chanson and hip-hop trivia. I write because writing is a great mental exercise, one that helps me making sense of the things I love.

If you frequently find solace in middle-of-the-road pop songs, if you value writing for the sake of writing, if you have a nostalgic soul despite yourself, and if you spend too much time thinking about random details in movies and rap albums, you should consider subscribing.

(By subscribing, you will receive my next articles directly in your inbox. Please expect erratic updates and frequent digressions. To reach out, write to nowheresomewhere [at] substack [dot] com.)
